Creating and Managing Subscriptions

This SOP outlines the steps to create and manage subscriptions within the payment platform, ensuring a clear understanding for team members.

Accessing the Payments Section

  • Navigate to your platform.

  • Click on the 'Payments' section to access all payment-related functionalities, including invoices and estimates.

Creating a Product for Subscription

  • Click on 'Create Product'.

  • Enter the product name (e.g., 'Coaching, monthly').

  • Select 'Reoccurring' for subscription products (do not select 'One time').

  • Set the price (e.g., $1,000 per month).

  • If applicable, specify the number of payments (e.g., 5 for a $5,000 package).

  • Press 'Save'.

Adding a Subscription

  • Enter the customer's name.

  • Choose a start date for the subscription (e.g., tomorrow).

Selecting Eligible Products for Subscription
